1. A full-day immersive experience that equips students with lifelong skills in emotional intelligence, communication, and resilience, with fun competitions to engage them and teacher support to ensure lasting change.
2. Offering training and workshops covering all areas of focus for pupils, staff or parents.
3. Focusing on: Emotional awareness, Emotional Regulation, Empathetic Communication, Values, Resilience and Perspective taking.
4. Utilising a range of key tools and resources to support the main focus of development including a work booklet, pre and post sessions to build a shared culture of emotional awareness and resilience and reinforce the lessons to ensure lasting impact. Utilising fun competitions to engage them. With complimentary teacher and parent drop-in support to ensure lasting change.
